Working with interim management firms

When a mandate is presented by an interim management firm, it is carried out with that firm, under the contractual framework it offers.

Objectives of a mandate

  • Managerial continuity
  • Stabilisation
  • Value creation
  • Transformation
  • Mobilising the teams
  • Preparing the next phase

From consulting to mandate, at the client's request

A consulting engagement leads to an executive mandate only if the client so decides, under a separate mandate with its own scope and objectives. Two engagements have followed this path. At DOMO Chemicals, a group strategy engagement was extended into an interim mandate covering new business development, innovation and M&A. At Bosc & Izarn, defining the strategy led to interim general management and then to the sale of the company.
